SHIPPING POLICY

ORDER PROCESSING & DELIVERY TIME:
PLEASE ALLOW 1-2 DAYS FOR YOUR ORDER TO PROCESS. You will be notified by email once your order has shipped providing you with your tracking details. Once shipped (and with the carrier) estimated shipping time within the USA for flat rate shipping is 2-4 business days. You will receive a final delivery confirmation email once your item has been delivered.
Orders received by 2pm EST aim to ship out the same business day. Orders received after 2pm EST will aim to ship out the following business day. We do not ship on weekends. These order processing times are estimates and can vary with seasonal loads (for example, product launches or holiday periods) may cause slightly longer processing & shipping times with the carriers.
HOW YOUR ITEMS ARE DELIVERED TO YOU: We distribute stock across five different shipping fulfillment centers across America in order to deliver your product to you as quickly as possible. Due to stock being in multiple fulfillment centers (at times) products ordered may ship individually from different warehouse locations depending on stock availability at your time of order, meaning one bulk order of multiple items, may come in a few different shipments if it’s sent from different warehouses pending stock availability.
USA SHIPPING: Free shipping on all orders over $120 to the contiguous United States. Hawaii is free shipping on orders over $160. All other orders under $120 will be charged flat rate shipping, which will be shown at checkout.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING We currently offer international shipping to Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, United Arab Emirates, Germany, and Australia.
Transit times depend on the destination country but carrier estimates range from 12 to 20 days. Given the larger and heavy nature of our fitness products, we try to strike a balance between affordability of international shipping and transit time.
Please note there may be import duty / taxes / customs etc charges by your home country. It is your (the customers) responsibility to research and pay for any final import taxes & charges by your country upon receiving.
